Our homemade version is made with roasted urad dal, chana dal, sesame seeds, and red chilies, delivering a spicy, nutty, and deeply aromatic condiment that pairs perfectly with soft idlis and crispy dosas.
Made fresh in small batches using a traditional recipe with no artificial colours, flavours, or preservatives, this is the real deal — just like the podi your grandmother made at home.

How to Use
